1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of primeads.space and any services provided by Prime Ads Space Ltd ("Prime Ads Space," "we," "us," or "our"). By applying for our 14-Day Trial, engaging our ongoing management services, or otherwise using our Site, you agree to these Terms.
2. Our Services
Prime Ads Space provides Meta and Instagram advertising strategy, creative direction, campaign management, and optimization for auto detailing and related automotive appearance businesses.
3. The 14-Day Trial
Our 14-Day Trial includes campaign strategy, ad creative direction, and campaign launch and monitoring at no management fee. During the trial, we work toward generating 10 to 15 bookings for your business, this is the guarantee we offer as part of the trial. If we do not meet this during the trial period, you are free to cancel with no obligation to continue, and no management fee is owed for the trial period. Meta advertising spend during the trial is set and paid by you directly to Meta and is separate from our management fee.
4. Ongoing Management
If you choose to continue after the trial, ongoing management is billed at $399 per month. This fee covers our management services only; your Meta advertising budget is billed separately by Meta and is your responsibility to set and fund. Our contracts are flexible: we do not lock clients into long-term agreements, and you may cancel at any time, including after one month, if you are not satisfied.
5. Your Responsibilities
To provide our services, we require you to:
- Provide accurate information about your business, services, and goals.
- Grant us access to your Meta Business or Ads Manager account.
- Respond to leads generated through your campaigns in a timely manner.
- Fund your Meta advertising budget directly through Meta.
Delays or inaccuracies in the information or access you provide may affect campaign performance and timelines.
6. Fees & Payment
Management fees are billed monthly and are separate from your Meta advertising spend. Fees are due as agreed at the time you begin ongoing management.
7. Our Guarantee
We guarantee 10 to 15 bookings during the 14-Day Trial, as described in Section 3. Beyond the trial period, advertising performance can vary and depends on factors including your location, offer, pricing, competition, budget, creative quality, business reputation, lead response speed, and seasonality. Outside of the trial guarantee described in Section 3, we do not guarantee specific results, leads, bookings, or revenue.
8. Intellectual Property
Ad creatives, copy, and campaign strategies developed by Prime Ads Space for your account are provided for your use in connection with our services. Our internal methods, templates, and processes remain the property of Prime Ads Space. You retain ownership of your own brand assets, photos, and videos that you provide to us.
9. Confidentiality
We will treat information about your business as confidential and will not share it outside of what is described in our Privacy Policy, except as required to provide our services or by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prime Ads Space is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services, including changes to Meta's advertising platform, policies, or account status that are outside our control.
11. Termination
Either party may end our working relationship at any time, in line with the flexible, no-long-contract terms described in Section 4. We reserve the right to decline or end services if a business does not meet our criteria or if these Terms are violated.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
